- Edit and enhance visual content, while actively responding to customer inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and research current trends and relevant topics daily for content updates.
- Source and curate relevant content for sharing across social media platforms.
- Publish customer-related content, including photos of clients with their vehicles, for each shipment cycle.
- Develop and produce engaging video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by company management.
