Marketing Assistant

We’re seeking a forward-thinking Account Manager to join our marketing team. This person will manage a portfolio of e-commerce clients across various markets, build strong relationships, and develop marketing strategies that deliver results while staying within budget. The ideal candidate brings experience in product management and marketing, a strong grasp of performance marketing and copywriting, and excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who is community minded, cares about charitable work, and brings fresh ideas to both client campaigns and the communities we serve.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage a portfolio clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their marketing goals are met.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the client to develop marketing materials that showcase their business in the best possible light.

• Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize campaigns and drive conversions.

• Write compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and drives sales.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, SEO, and advertising.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

• Work closely with the our advertising team to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with client goals.

• Manage client budgets and ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed within budget constraints.

-Must be available to travel from time to time.

**Experience**

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or sales role, including digital marketing

• Detail-oriented personality and strong attention to detail as a job skill

-Work well alone or in a team

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of product management principles and how to apply them in a marketing context.

• Experience with performance marketing and copywriting.

• Familiarity with SEO and its importance in driving organic traffic.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Community involvement and communication is vital.

• Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines.
