Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. In this position, the individual will support marketing initiatives for commercial and industrial real estate listings, including preparing marketing materials, property brochures, and digital content. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining listing information, assisting with email campaigns, and updating online platforms and databases. The role involves coordinating with sales and brokerage professionals, helping organize client presentations, and providing administrative support for marketing projects. The Marketing Assistant will also handle basic customer service inquiries related to marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Market Research to support property positioning, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
• Customer Service skills to respond professionally to inquiries and support a positive client experience.
• Understanding of Sales and Sales & Marketing to assist in promoting listings and supporting brokerage initiatives.
• Basic proficiency with office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, commercial property, or a business/marketing environment is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
