Engagement Details

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team full-time. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Innovation to develop marketing campaigns, distribute content, and contribute to various marketing initiatives that support our client acquisition and brand awareness goals.

• This is a remote full-time position; we are giving priority to candidates located in LATAM , however, we are open to applicants around the world that can commit to fully overlapping either US Pacific or Mexico

  Time Zones .

Required Qualifications

1. Advanced Spoken and Written

   English . Able to have a real-time conversation.

2. Agency experience in marketing . Proven track record working in a marketing or creative agency environment.

3. Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms .

4. Social media platform management experience

5. Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms

6. Experience uploading and managing content across multiple platforms

7. Community moderation experience

8. Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written

9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

10. Reliability and attention to detail

11. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

12. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

13. Ability to work in the US time zone .

Nice to Haves

1. Proficiency with Airtable, or similar project management tools
2. Experience creating content for social media or blogs
3. Familiarity with digital marketing and brand management principles
4. Prior media production support experience
