About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and multi-tasking superstar to fill a full-time position as a Marketing Assistant.

This role has a unique opportunity to work across prestigious brands in beauty and luxury goods, specifically Hermès Parfums & Beauté, Dolce&Gabbana Beauty, Montblanc, and other incoming new brands.

Assisting our creative, collaborative & innovative marketing team, you would provide effective coordination and take on a broad range of administrative tasks.

• Coordination and execution of promotional activities
• Development and distribution of promotional materials
• PR and communications, press releases and media management
• Tracking of marketing budgets, and KPI reports
• Completing sales reports
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support

About you:

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritise tasks and manage deadlines. As we are a small team, we are looking for a versatile and collaborative team player with a positive “can-do” attitude who is willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• A proactive and adaptable personality, with strong administrative and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across a range of tasks
