As a Marketing Assistant , you will provide end-to-end support to Account Officers in managing client relationships and credit facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth account servicing, efficient transaction processing, and high-quality client support throughout the account lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support Account Officers in servicing client accounts from onboarding to closure.
• Process credit-related transactions, including documentation review and loan processing.
• Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely completion of requirements and follow-ups.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction execution.
• Guide and support on processes, documentation, and servicing standards.

• Build strong client relationships through exceptional account servicing and support.
• Drive seamless transactions by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
• Keep client accounts organized, compliant, and up to date throughout the account lifecycle.

Qualifications We Value
