Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

·         Create photos, short videos, graphics, and captions showcasing our properties, tenants, and available spaces.

·         Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and regularly publish engaging content.

·         Help plan and execute social media campaigns and online advertising to increase visibility and generate qualified leasing leads.

·         Monitor and respond to online inquiries, coordinate leads with the Marketing and Leasing Lead, and track campaign results.

·         Visit properties as needed to capture content and assist the Marketing and Leasing Lead with on-site activities and leasing support.

Qualifications

·         Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

·         Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, and basic photo and video editing.

·         Experience in content creation, social media management, digital advertising, or lead generation is an advantage.

·         Creative, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.

·         Willing to work in Mandaluyong and Imus, Cavite, and visit properties as needed.

Experience in real estate marketing or leasing is a plus
