MARKETING ASSISTANT – QUOTATION MAKING

Interiors Point Trading Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Assistant who will primarily focus on quotation preparation and sales support.

Location: Quezon City
Position: Marketing Assistant – Quotation Making
Rate: ₱755/day
Schedule: 5 Days a Week
Full-Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client and Sales team requirements.
• Check product specifications, quantities, measurements, pricing, discounts, and computations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and other departments regarding product availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Assist Sales Executives in preparing and revising quotations.
• Monitor pending quotation requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, costing, and related documents.
• Ensure all quotations follow the company's approved pricing and quotation format.
• Double-check quotations to minimize errors before submission.
• Assist with other Marketing, Sales Support, and administrative tasks as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate preferred, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, Engineering, or related courses.
• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in quotation preparation, sales support, marketing, or administrative work.
• Experience in quotation making, costing, pricing, or sales documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good numerical and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to coordinate with different departments.
• Fast learner and willing to undergo training on company products, pricing, and quotation procedures.
• Responsible, reliable, organized, and a good team player.
