We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant (Tagalog Speaker) / Lead Auditor (with Graphic Design Skills)
Location: Business Bay | Full-Time
We’re looking for a data-driven multitasker with a creative edge! This role blends lead auditing, CRM management (Bitrix), and graphic design to support our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and analyze leads to improve conversion.
- Maintain and optimize records in Bitrix CRM
- Create reports using Excel & Google Sheets.
- Support marketing with basic design tasks using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva.
- Assist in daily admin and campaign tracking.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleanup).
- Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Design experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva.
- Background in real estate, marketing, or lead management is a plus.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
