Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns.

2. Create and manage content for social media platforms like Facebook, and Instagram

3. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.

4. Assist in market research to identify trends and opportunities.

5. Support the planning and execution of events and promotions.

6. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, etc.

7. Help maintain and update online store.

8. Assist in processing online customer orders, ensuring items are prepared and dispatched according to the delivery schedule

9. Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

10. Monitor inventory of stocks per item and provide regular report to Immediate Head

11. Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management and other related courses
• With at least 1-year experience in a marketing role or internship
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and proficient in social media platforms and e-commerce platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
