Bridge the gap between digital convenience and physical brand standards, ensuring that a customer’s experience with the brand is seamless.

• Fix Problems: Be the first point of contact for stores when there are app glitches, driver issues, or order mistakes. Coordinate these issues with support team.
• Manage the App: Keep our menu, food descriptions, and promo banners updated and accurate.
• Handle Promos: Help launch and track marketing campaigns like Piso Deals.
• Report Feedback: Watch customer reviews and provide actionable insights.

Education:

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:

Open for fresh grads with relevant backgrounds.

Special Skills:

• App familiarity (user of delivery apps: Grab, Foodpanda, etc.)
• Willingness to learn back end systems of delivery platforms
• Digital literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic Data Visualization
• Data Entry & Accuracy

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
