Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant provides support in promoting the Company's electronic products and services to business customers and potential clients. The position assists in identifying potential accounts and business opportunities, preparing marketing materials, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing activities with the Sales, Trading, and other concerned departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential customers, leads, and new business opportunities.
• Support the promotion of the Company's electronic products, accessories, cable assembly, PCB fabrication/design, and related services.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support business development activities.
• Assist in preparing product presentations, company profiles, proposals, and other sales/marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trading, and Technical teams to support customer requirements and inquiries.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and potential business opportunities.
• Assist in managing the Company's website, social media, and other marketing platforms, as applicable.
• Maintain updated prospect/customer records, marketing materials, and activity reports.
• Assist in customer meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, sales support, business development, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in electronics, industrial products, or technical products is an advantage.
• Good research, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
