MARKETING ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities.
• Manage and create content for the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Create engaging photo, video, and promotional content featuring furniture products, showroom displays, projects, and company activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, flyers, product information, and other promotional collaterals.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Showroom, Production, and Design teams to ensure accurate and updated product information.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, showroom activities, product launches, and other promotional activities.
• Assist in gathering and maintaining customer and potential client leads generated from marketing activities and events.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding leads and inquiries generated through social media, showroom activities, and events.
• Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and basic marketing performance.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor trends, competitors, and developments in the furniture and interior industry.
• Assist in preparing post-event and post-campaign reports, including leads generated, customer engagement, and sales opportunities.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks that may be assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• With experience in marketing, social media management, retail, showroom operations, furniture, interior design, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative with a good eye for visual presentation, branding, and content creation.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable working with different departments and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
