You’ll work closely with our creative lead and will help to turn plans into action. You'll do this by capturing content, preparing social media posts and keeping marketing materials organised and up to date.

- Supporting the promotion of events, offers, menus and new beer releases
- Researching content ideas, local events and relevant social trends
- Organising content, video and other marketing assets
- Help maintain content calendars
- Assisting with printed marketing materials and general marketing administration
- Providing day-to-day support to the Creative Lead
About you
You’ll be:

- Comfortable taking photographs and filming on a phone
- Happy to write captions that adhere to existing tone of voice
- Organised, reliable and able to follow a brief
- Receptive to feedback and careful with details
- Proactive about finding content and gathering information
- Comfortable visiting and working within busy hospitality venues
- Have a genuine interest in pubs, food, drink and the local community
- Able to work independently
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite and CapCut is useful, but enthusiasm, good judgement and a willingness to learn are also important.
Some flexibility may be needed for occasional evening or weekend events. Travel between our venues will form part of the role; you must be able to drive and have reliable access to a car.
What we offer
- A varied creative role across an independent brewery and pub group
- Hands-on experience with multiple hospitality brands
- Support and guidance from an experienced Creative Lead
- The opportunity to develop skills across content, campaigns, events and digital marketing
- Increased responsibility as your confidence and understanding of our brands develop
- Potential to take the role from part-time to full-time; with future opportunities to get experience in website design/management, e-mail marketing and graphic design across digital and print
