Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to support IEP Sdn Bhd’s marketing activities across online and offline channels. The role covers social media, e-commerce, events, and marketing campaigns, working closely with the Sales team, principals, and business partners to strengthen our brand presence and promote our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support B2B marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand initiatives.

·       Create and manage social media content, including posts, reels, videos, and product content.

·       Assist with digital marketing, e-commerce content, and online product promotions.

·       Assist in managing and updating product listings and marketing content on the e-commerce platform.

·       Support exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, workshops, and company events.

·       Assist in preparing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, presentations, and digital content.

·       Monitor social media and online enquiries and coordinate with the Sales team for follow up.

·       Assist in collecting, organising, and tracking marketing leads. Requirements

·       Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

·       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You do not need to have everything figured out — we are looking for potential, attitude and willingness to learn.

·       Familiar with Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and Ms Word.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Good command of written and spoken in English.

·       Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
