Marketing Assistant

I. Job Purpose

Assists Account Officer in the process of screening, packaging, implementing, servicing and monitoring of all SME Loan accounts (New/Renewal), including branch initiated in a manner consistent with established Bank policies, procedures, and required turnaround time.

II. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Product Sales & Pre-screening – answering inquiries & pre-screening of loan applications

• Coordination – involving internal & external parties, via verbal or written communication

• Reports Management – assist the Account Officer in reports preparation

• Loans Processing – assist the account officer in processing post-approval / booking requests of borrowers

III. Job Qualifications

Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably in business or accounting. Work experience not required, but experience in commercial loans processing is an advantage.
