What they need

About Us

Our energy, where we source it and how we use it, is evolving. Our mission is to empower homeowners, architects, and businesses with the knowledge and technology to harness their own sustainable energy and help safeguard the planet. We believe our built environment should be designed for optimal efficiency, health, and comfort.

Whether our customers need a single product or the ultimate Passivhaus, their system needs to be well thought out and designed correctly. We adopt a full-circle approach to provide better performing buildings from a carbon, cost, and comfort perspective to get you the right outcome. Our specialist products and services include renewables such as solar panels and heat pumps, and energy efficient upgrades such as triple-glazed windows and doors, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) systems, and insulation and airtightness products.

We are growing fast so this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us!

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. You'll play a key role in supporting our marketing activity across digital and offline channels, helping to raise awareness of our products and services through both local and national campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across a genuinely varied mix of channels and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, list segmentation, and performance tracking

  • Help plan and coordinate local events and exhibitions, including logistics, stand setup, and promotional materials
  • Support the design and production of printed marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, banners, signage) working alongside designers or external print suppliers
  • Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all local marketing activity
  • Help track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Liaise with local branch teams to understand marketing needs and support their goals

About You

  • Some experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role (internships and placements welcome)
  • Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Familiarity and passion for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic content scheduling tools
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp/ Hubspot) or design tools is a plus
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence (may be required for occasional travel to events/branches)
  • A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a bonus

What We Can Do For You

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (3 days required for Christmas shutdown)
  • Company sick pay
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Family supportive policies, with enhanced maternity and paternity leave available
  • Generous pension scheme
  • Life Assurance
  • Sustainable options including cycle to work and eco car scheme
  • Employee discounts
