Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and multi-talented Marketing & Design Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and creative support for our local and overseas marketing campaigns. You will manage our social media presence, drive performance-led ad campaigns, spearhead our brand's visual identity refresh, and maintain strong communication channels with our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily operations, content creation, copywriting, and scheduling across multiple corporate platforms and social media channels

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on social platforms, including precise audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing

• Track, analyze, and optimize search engine advertising campaigns, making real-time adjustments to ad formats, dimensions, CTR, and conversion rates based on performance metrics

• Monitor key digital marketing performance indicators regularly, fine-tuning visual design directions and targeting strategies accordingly

• Communicate regularly with overseas clients via email and video conferences in English, Mandarin, and either Japanese to follow up on order details, delivery schedules, and post-sales requests

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international business partners

About you

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or above
• Majors in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related discipline are preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and advertising backends (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills are highly preferred
• Strong mastery of core office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email communication systems
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Professional written English skills with the ability to write business emails independently and review English contracts/commercial documents
• Professional proficiency or conversational fluency in Japanese or Korean is highly advantageous for regional client management
• Fast-paced, organized, and a proven ability to multitask under tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the discipline to work productively under flexible arrangements
• Full working rights for Hong Kong or a valid working visa (such as TTPS/高才通, QMAS/優才通, IANG, Dependent Visa, or other legal work permits allowing employment in Hong Kong)
