Marketing Assistant

In this role, you'll play an important part in bringing our move-in ready homes marketing campaigns to life across multiple states. Working closely with our Marketing Specialist, you'll gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, listings, promotions and campaign execution, helping connect customers with the right home at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns for our move-in ready homes portfolio across Victoria, Queensland, NSW and SA.
• Bring listings to life by collaborating with our content team to create compelling property descriptions, social media content and marketing assets.
• Manage and optimise online property listings across our websites and leading third-party platforms, ensuring every home is presented at its best.
• Monitor national market trends and competitor activity, providing insights that help strengthen our position and drive results.
• Coordinate the rollout of group promotional campaigns, including signage, sales collateral and tactical marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure marketing activities are delivered accurately and on time.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that help improve the effectiveness of our campaigns and customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a marketing role, with residential construction or property industry experience highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership and learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build positive working relationships.
• A customer-first mindset and an understanding of the role marketing plays in creating great customer experiences.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
