Position Overview:
We are looking for a female Marketing Assistant to help us connect with people who are
interested in installing rooftop solar systems. Your main job will be to talk to customers over
the phone, explain the benefits of solar energy, and generate leads for our sales team.
This position is open to female candidates, promoting diversity and inclusion within our
organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and introduce them to rooftop solar solutions.
Explain how solar systems can help them save money on electricity bills.
¢ Share details about government schemes, subsidies, and installation process.
¢ Answer basic customer questions and clear their doubts.
¢ Record customer details and maintain follow-up lists.
¢ Fix appointments for the sales team to meet interested customers.
¢ Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Requirements
¢ Female candidates preferred.
¢ Education: Graduate or related degree.
¢ Experience: 12 years in marketing/telemarketing, preferably in renewable energy or
technology sectors.
¢ Good communication skills in [local language + English/Hindi].
¢ Friendly, confident, and good at convincing people.
¢ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM will be helpful).
¢ Prior telemarketing experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
