Marketing Assistant

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Conduct product market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create engaging content across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
• Forge strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive digital engagement.
• Assist advertising campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Lead negotiations with KOLs, vendors, and event partners.
• Coordinate on-ground events and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Analyse KPIs to optimize KOL engagement and event initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market activities to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies.

Job Requirement:

• ​Minimum SPM qualification experience in merchandising is an added advantage.
• Able to travel to different outlets available for outstation trips.
• Possess own transport.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work on weekends/ public holidays if required.
• willing to travel to outlets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
