What they need
Three Tone Enterprise is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. You’ll help run day-to-day marketing across email, our online store, social media, and reporting. That means building and launching campaigns, setting up promotions, and keeping our agency partners and internal teams on the same calendar. Your work directly affects how customers find us, how often they buy, and how smoothly our campaigns go live.
This role is ideal for an organized, detail-driven early-career marketer who likes to execute. You’re comfortable in e-commerce and email platforms, you catch the small mistakes before customers do, and you enjoy turning data into clear weekly reports. You’ll also help us move from Ecwid to Shopify, so you’ll get hands-on experience shaping how our marketing works on a new platform.
You’ll thrive here if you like variety, want to learn across every part of digital marketing, and want to help build the processes of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using our e-commerce and email marketing platforms.
- Maintain automated customer email flows, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, and other lifecycle communications.
- Support audience segmentation and customer list management.
- Own the email marketing calendar and make sure campaigns launch on schedule, coordinating testing and deployment with internal teams and agency partners.
- Support day-to-day e-commerce marketing in our current Ecwid store and future Shopify environment.
- Help with our platform transition by testing workflows, documenting processes, and establishing best practices.
- Set up discounts, promotional offers, and campaigns within our e-commerce platforms, and update promotional pages and assets as directed.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and special marketing initiatives from setup through launch.
- Perform quality assurance checks so every campaign and promotion goes live accurately.
- Pull and maintain weekly and monthly reports from Google Analytics 4, e-commerce reporting, and marketing tools.
- Monitor website traffic, sales performance, email engagement, campaign results, and customer behavior, and flag trends for further analysis.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting documents for leadership review.
- Schedule and publish approved social media content, manage the content calendar, and monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Track content performance and keep an eye on relevant industry trends.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with Social Behavior and other marketing vendors, tracking deadlines, campaign schedules, and asset delivery.
- Identify process improvements that make our marketing more efficient as we grow.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the habit of double-checking work before it goes live.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with internal teams and outside agencies.
- Comfort working with data and turning numbers into simple, useful reports.
- Self-starter who follows through on tasks and follow-ups without needing reminders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, including internships, coordinator roles, or hands-on project work.
- Ability to work on-site in Katy, TX.
Preferred:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Ecwid, Shopify, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and digital marketing reporting.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and e-commerce best practices.
- At least one relevant industry certification, such as Google Analytics, Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce, HubSpot Email Marketing, HubSpot Digital Marketing, Shopify Foundations, Meta Digital Marketing Associate, Stukent, or similar.
