Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Euston / Hybrid

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £31,000

The Marketing Assistant will support the delivery of local and offline marketing activity across all Campions Group brands, with a particular focus on Chestertons and Chase Buchanan.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Head of Brand, and wider Marketing team, you will support a range of marketing activities including print advertising, events, marketing collateral, community initiatives, local partnerships and branch support. You will help ensure activity is delivered accurately, consistently and on time, while maintaining the high standards and brand guidelines of each business.

A key focus of the role will be providing day-to-day marketing support to local branches, responding to requests, coordinating activity and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered smoothly and on time.

The role will suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative, prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple requests and deadlines across several brands and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Marketing Support: Act as a key point of contact for local branches, responding to marketing requests, coordinating activity and ensuring initiatives are delivered smoothly and on time.
• Print Advertising: Coordinate local print and offline advertising, including liaising with publications, preparing artwork, managing deadlines and ensuring adverts are delivered correctly.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of property shows, client events, community initiatives and local activations, coordinating venues, suppliers, materials and logistics.
• Marketing Collateral & Design: Create and coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, posters, property banners, window cards and other offline materials. Ensure all artwork is accurate, on-brand and aligned with the relevant Campions Group brand guidelines. Prepare clear and detailed creative briefs for designers and external suppliers when required.
• Community & Local Partnerships: Support local sponsorships and partnerships, including liaising with community organisations and coordinating promotional activity.
• Campaign Support: Support the delivery of wider marketing campaigns across all Campions Group brands, with a particular focus on Chestertons and Chase Buchanan, coordinating assets, deadlines and local activity.
• Marketing Administration: Manage day-to-day marketing administration, including processing invoices, coordinating window card, flyer and business card approvals, and keeping track of local marketing activity and budgets.
• Supplier & Agency Management: Liaise with printers, event suppliers, agencies and other external suppliers to obtain quotes, coordinate production and ensure work is delivered to brief and within agreed deadlines.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of marketing activity and support the Marketing Manager with tracking campaign activity, budgets and results.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5+ years working experience
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Desirable

• Marketing qualification or relevant degree.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms.
• Experience coordinating events or local marketing activity.
• Previous experience within property, retail, hospitality or multi-site businesses.
