Marketing Assistant

Hiring Company Overview:

San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI) , is the real estate arm of San Miguel Corporation (SMC). Originally an asset management company, has since ventured and expanded to real estate business, providing affordable and quality housing for Filipinos.

The Marketing Assistant is tasked to contribute in the project planning stage and from the ideation down to the implementation of marketing campaigns, requirements, initiatives, and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts market / best use studies.
• Conducts market research depending on type/s of data needed.
• Creates and updates relevant marketing databases in real estate and tourism.
• Coordinates with suppliers and services providers for various marketing requirements.
• Performs administrative tasks that are tied in the processing of various marketing requirements.
• Assists or organizes marketing events and activations.
• Assists/organizes big corporate events.
• Synergize with other departments/business units/external brands and personnel if and when needed in the marketing initiatives.
• Craft and propose marketing strategies for the projects
• Create and produce marketing collaterals and creative graphic design and multimedia requirements as needed.
• Coordinates and forges partnerships with external organizations, institutions, and government agencies relevant to the project and/or marketing initiatives.
• Manages traditional and digital marketing assets of the company.
• Performs project coordination.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts or any related course

2. Must have at least 1-year experience in the field of Marketing and Graphic Design.

3. Must have an excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

4. Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Powerpoint, Word, and Excel)

5. Proficient in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
