Your first step into marketing could take you further than you imagine.

The role in one line: Support face-to-face campaigns for established brands, meet customers every day and learn how marketing really works, from people who do it.

Relay Direct is a team delivering face-to-face campaigns for recognised brands across B2B, B2C and events. Most of our team joined with no marketing experience, and some of our current Campaign Leads started as Marketing Assistants in the last six months.

What You'll Be Involved In

• Support face-to-face campaigns for recognised brands.
• Engage with customers and communicate campaign messages.
• Build brand awareness and develop customer relationships.
• Gather feedback and share insights with the team.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Learn how campaign performance is measured and improved.

Your Growth Journey

• Weeks 1–4: Learn about the brands, campaigns, and customer engagement techniques alongside experienced colleagues.
• Months 2–3: Develop your confidence through customer interactions and become eligible for performance-based commission.
• Months 4–6: Work towards greater campaign responsibility, support newer starters, and explore progression towards Campaign Lead.

Progression depends on individual performance and development.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for people who are organised, proactive, curious about brands and customer behaviour, and eager to learn. Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or university activities can be valuable, but no degree or previous marketing experience is required .

The Details

• Location: Milton Keynes.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Start: Immediate.
• Earnings: Advertised OTE of £26,000–£30,000 , with uncapped performance-based rewards. Earnings are not guaranteed.
