MARKETING ASSISTANT

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join PTC Commercial Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support our dynamic marketing team and contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive business growth. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our marketing department, working collaboratively with senior marketing professionals to deliver engaging campaigns and communications that resonate with our target audience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media
• Support the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, email campaigns and promotional content
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and campaign development
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and deliverables
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights to support optimisation efforts
• Assist in the organisation of marketing events, trade shows and promotional activities
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, filing and general office management
• Support social media content creation and community engagement activities
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for marketing initiatives and campaign improvements

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing support or administrative role, either through internships, previous employment or relevant coursework
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic understanding of social media marketing principles
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems is advantageous
• Experience in event coordination or project management is preferred
