The Position

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be involved in delivering campaigns that connect brands with potential customers and contribute directly to customer acquisition objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Delivery: Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns in line with client objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements and introduce relevant products or services.
• Brand Representation: Develop product knowledge and communicate brand messages accurately and professionally.
• Customer Acquisition: Generate interest, identify sales opportunities and help convert enquiries into new customers.
• Market Feedback: Gather customer insights, identify common questions and report feedback that could improve campaign effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Track customer engagement, sales activity and campaign results against agreed targets.
• Campaign Improvement: Work with colleagues to review performance and identify ways to strengthen customer response.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in campaign briefings, share updates and contribute towards team objectives.

This is a customer-facing, sales-led marketing position rather than a digital marketing or social media management role.
