About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant Executive to join our growing team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch or advance your career in marketing and communications. As a Marketing Assistant Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives, contributing to campaign development, and helping to drive our company's strategic marketing objectives. This role sits at the heart of our marketing operations, providing essential support to ensure the successful execution of our marketing programmes and client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Supporting the coordination of marketing materials, including graphics, copy and multimedia content
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
• Managing social media accounts and scheduling content posts
• Preparing marketing reports and analysing campaign performance metrics
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
• Maintaining and updating marketing databases and client information systems
• Assisting with event planning and promotional activities
• Supporting the creation of marketing presentations and proposals
• Performing administrative tasks to support the marketing department's operations

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Coordinator or similar role within a marketing or communications environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools and content management systems is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
