Marketing Assistant / Executive

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage TikTok content to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase footfall, and enhance brand awareness
• Support digital marketing activities, including managing social media content, scheduling posts, and assisting in performance marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with retail operations teams to support in-store promotions, events, and marketing activations
• Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
• Track and monitor campaign performance, preparing basic reports and insights for team review
• Support product launches, public relations activities, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in CRM initiatives and customer loyalty programs to improve customer engagement and retention

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and communication strategies
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
