Marketing Assistant - Flexible Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the implementation of our firm’s marketing plan. This is a hands-on position involving social media, content creation, video, digital marketing, client engagement, community outreach, and general marketing support.

The Marketing Assistant works closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Director and will be responsible for keeping marketing initiatives moving, meeting recurring deadlines, and ensuring content is consistently created, published, and maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Create, organize, repurpose, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites, Google Business Profiles, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate the production of FAQ videos.
• Develop and schedule social media content, including educational posts, videos, blogs, testimonials, reviews, community content, holidays, contests, giveaways, and lead magnets.
• Monitor social media and online reviews and respond or escalate comments and questions as appropriate.
• Maintain and update firm websites and online business profiles with blogs, videos, photos, testimonials, reviews, newsletters, and other resources.
• Coordinate collection of client and speaking-engagement and video testimonials and edit long form video content.
• Assist with email marketing, ActiveCampaign, Zoom meetings, webinars, newsletters, and client-engagement programs.
• Support referral-partner and community-marketing activities.
• Monitor marketing materials and firm promotional merchandise.
• Assist with speaking engagements and other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and recurring assignments.
• Creative approach to developing and repurposing content.
• Comfort with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Basic video-editing experience.
• Comfort with learning new software and technology.
• Strong follow-through and ability to work independently.
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor when communicating with attorneys, clients, community members, and business partners.
• Marketing, social media, communications, administrative, or related experience (preferred).

Pay: $560.00 - $660.00 per week
