What they need
Lead sales and business development for recycled copper products.
Develop new customers and maintain relationships with automotive, cable and industrial manufacturers.
Manage sales strategy, customer negotiations and achieve business targets.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer management, and business development strategies to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably at Assistant Manager level, with experience in automotive manufacturing, copper recycling, or other related industries.
- Fluent in English; basic knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
