Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Support the planning and execution of marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, particularly within the FMCG industry
• Assist in developing marketing plans, promotional programs, and product initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations
• Support product development, branding, and promotional activities
• Manage and coordinate marketing materials, content, and promotional assets
• Assist in organizing events, activations, and other marketing initiatives

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably with a background in FMCG
• Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, consumer behavior, promotions, and market trends
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Good analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with different teams
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday, including half-day on Saturday
• Willing to work WFO at Petojo, Central Jakarta
