Job Descriptions:
- Develop marketing plans to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Lead campaigns, product launches, promotions, and activations
- Manage brand positioning, storytelling, social media, KOL/influencer, and community activities
- Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, Sales, and Product teams
- Manage KOLs, agencies, vendors, and marketing partners
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, competitors, and campaign performance
- Track marketing KPIs, budget, and ROI
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand and drive growth
Requirements:
- S1 in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management. With at least 1 year experience in managerial role.
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or lifestyle preferred
- Strong knowledge of brand marketing, social media, and KOL/influencer
- Experience in campaign and product launch management
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Creative, proactive, commercially minded, and adaptable
- Passionate about fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer trends
