Marketing Assistant (Project-based)

Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities. The role supports administrative tasks, marketing materials, events, promotions, social media coordination, reports, and other marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing plans, promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, sales teams, and internal departments for marketing requirements.
• Help prepare and organize marketing materials, promotional items, signage, and event supplies.
• Assist in monitoring marketing inventory and distribution of promotional materials.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, trackers, and documentation related to marketing activities.
• Assist in processing marketing requests, quotations, purchase requirements, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain organized files, photos, marketing assets, and campaign documentation.
• Support dealer events, product launches, exhibits, and other marketing activities as needed.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to assist during events and field activities when required.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop, social media platforms, or simple design tools is an advantage.

Work Set-up

• Monday to Saturday (Sat – WFH)
• 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
