About the company

The company is a growing US home security company offering professionally monitored alarm, camera, and home automation systems. We're looking for a sharp, versatile Marketing Assistant to work alongside our Marketing Manager and help drive the next stage of our growth.

What you'll do

You'll support the Marketing Manager across the full range of marketing work:

• Write content for our website, blog, email, and other channels
• Create basic visual designs for social, web, and campaign use
• Monitor and post across social media and online communities
• Optimize website content and structure for search (SEO)
• Help improve the customer experience at every touchpoint
• Draft and distribute press releases
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns
• Conduct market and customer research
• Write and maintain product and service documentation

Work Setup and Schedule

• Remote, Philippines-based candidates only
• Stable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Flexible schedule with partial US business-hours overlap
• Can start immediately

Qualifications

• Demonstrable marketing skills, with work samples or results you can point to
• Technical competence: you understand security, camera, and home automation systems well enough to explain them clearly and accurately
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Good taste and the judgment to keep everything we produce on-brand
• Genuine interest in and drive to help accelerate a growing security business
• Basic understanding of networking and IT concepts is an advantage for ensuring technical accuracy in content.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and undergo training; resourceful, proactive, and quick to learn.
