Marketing Assistant (Student interns welcome)

General Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing content, including posts and videos, tailored for Mainland China social media platforms, as well as other marketing channels and collateral.
• Provide market intelligence reports and other marketing support as needed
• Conduct market research on Mainland China
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns targeting Mainland China
• Support advertising and promotional activities in Mainland China
• Work 2–3 days per week, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company WeChat Official Account and REDnote weekly
• Publish 3 posts per week on WeChat Official Account and 5 posts per week on REDnote
• Create marketing copy tailored to the Mainland China study-abroad market and customer needs
• Handle content layout and visual design to enhance user experience
• Design poster and brochure for company’s events
• Build and maintain engaging platforms to attract and retain customers
• Capture online trends and apply them creatively (“strong internet sense”)

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the Mainland China study-abroad market and customer expectations
• Strong skills in script writing, layout and visual design
• Experience in social media management preferred
• Creative mindset with strong awareness of online trends
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing, familiar with common editing software
• Ability to create scripts and storytelling concepts independently
• Good on-camera presence and willingness to appear in videos
