1.JOB PURPOSE:

responsible for supporting the companys marketing activities by effectively utilizing Bizom software tomanage customer data, execute campaigns, track performance, and generate reports. The role ensuresaccurate data handling, smooth execution of digital and offline marketing strategies, and timely insights to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

2. CORE JOB AREA & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

User Management

-Create, update, and manage Bizom user profiles (TSM, TSI, ASM, etc.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

-Track daily sales performance through Bizom dashboards.

-Generate reports on sales, claims, distributor performance, and market coverage.

-Share insights with the sales team and management .

Claim & Approval Process

-Review sales claims submitted by TSI/TSM.

-Ensure claim accuracy and compliance with company policy.

Issue Resolution

-Act as the first point of contact for Bizom-related issues.

-Coordinate with the Bizom support team for quick resolutions .

Training & Support

-Train new sales team members on Bizom usage.

-Guide team in handling day-to-day transactions (attendance, order booking, claims, etc.).

Data Accuracy & Compliance

-Ensure timely and correct data entry in the system.

-Monitor adherence to company sales processes through Bizom.

-Provide insights on sales trends, gaps, and opportunities.

-Support managers in decision-making with data-driven reports.

Reporting & Documentation

-Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

-Ensure proper documentation of all transactions, activities, and records as per company standards.

-Share reports in a timely manner with the respective Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Reporting Manager.

-Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all reports and documentation.

3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

-Minimum: Any Bachelor s degree; experience in any software-related job will be an added advantage .
