Marketing Associate

Job Summary

The Marketing Associate primary role is to provide administrative support specifically for the AAI’s Marketing campaigns and promotions.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Support

1. Prepare necessary marketing materials for client calls (i.e. info sheets, brochures, presentations, etc)

2. Prepare documents and other requirements for supplier accreditation

Branding & Communication

1. Produce marketing collaterals including but not limited to website, brochures, tarps, business cards, etc following provided design/concept specifications

2. Support Marketing campaigns & promotions

3. Monitor inventory of  supplies and suggest improvements of marketing collaterals and company stationeries (i.e. business cards, letterheads, info kits, envelops, etc)

Market Development

1. Assist in the lead generation of clients. This includes but is not limited to: events management, email, research, print ads, recruitment of Value- Added Partners (VAPs), client referrals, and other sourcing activities to generate information on potential customers.

2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with the clients

3. Coordinate with Market Development Specialist (MDS) in maintaining the client, leads, and prospect database

4. Attend to all prospects’ inquiries

5. Assist in the organization of marketing activities (learning sessions, events, etc.)

6. Assist the MDS in continuous gathering of information about competitors, AAI’s market situation, possible partnerships and/or association memberships
