Marketing Associate

We are looking for motivated graduates and freshers to join our team as Marketing Associates. No previous marketing or sales experience is required — full training and mentorship are provided.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development, with a clear opportunity to progress into team leadership and management.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
• Learn and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Attend regular training, coaching, and development sessions.
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to achieve campaign goals.
• Support and mentor new team members as you progress.
• Take on increasing responsibility based on performance.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with limited experience welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Career Progression

Marketing Associate → Team Leader → Assistant Manager → Manager

Compensation & Hours

₹6 LPA + bonuses and benefits
Expected earnings: ₹12+ LPA

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Saturday.
