Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives in the solar energy industry. The role will help promote our solar products and services, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth through digital marketing, content creation, events, and campaign execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar products, services, and company initiatives.
• Manage social media pages, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Create marketing materials such as captions, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and other promotional content.
• Support lead generation activities through digital campaigns, events, partnerships, referrals, and other marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that support customer acquisition and business targets.
• Assist in preparing product/service presentations for residential, commercial, or industrial solar clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the solar/renewable energy market.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media analytics, inquiries, and marketing results.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibits, mall activations, client presentations, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, installers, and internal teams for marketing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management is an advantage.
• Experience or interest in the solar, renewable energy, construction, engineering, or technology industry is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other marketing tools is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to do fieldwork, attend events, or assist in client/site visits when needed.
