Marketing Associate

• Plan and carry out minimum of three days field marketing visits a week to facilitate Sales.
• Generate new leads and ensure maximum conversion of the leads.
• Submit daily marketing and sales plan and report.
• Handles all digital marketing channels on all social media platforms and email to generate leads and facilitate effective sales and these platforms.
• Provide business supports services to existing customers and client by working closely with Manager, Business Support and Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Reporting line – Head, Business Development and Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing in the real estate sector or other relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Minimum of HND level certificate (NYSC Corp member may be considered)
• Ability to write reports and generate sales
• Only candidates living on the Island would be considered due to transportation convenience
