Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate supports the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and company revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage social media content, captions, posters, and promotional materials.
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and online platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, suppliers, agencies, and other partners.
• Support hotel promotions, packages, events, and special campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist in maintaining brand standards across marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, F&B, Front Office, Recreation, and other departments.
• Assist in organizing marketing events, photoshoots, and promotional activities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of marketing experience is preferred.
• Hotel, hospitality, tourism, or F&B marketing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, holidays, and attend events when required.
