MARKETING ASSOCIATE

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the Marketing team in managing digital platforms, aggregator systems, and marketing operations. This role ensures that menus, promotions, and marketing content across digital channels are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain menus, pricing, and product details on delivery aggregator platforms such as Grab and Foodpanda
• Upload and manage product photos and marketing content to ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate with aggregator platforms for updates, system changes, and operational requirements
• Monitor and assist in implementing promotions, discounts, and campaigns on aggregator platforms
• Coordinate and track marketing collateral requests for campaigns and store needs
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for marketing materials, artwork, and promotional files
• Generate and manage QR codes for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives
• Assist in preparing presentation decks, campaign summaries, and marketing reports
• Support coordination with external vendors such as printers and creative suppliers
• Maintain digital catalogues and marketing documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or content management
• Familiarity with delivery aggregator platforms (Grab, Foodpanda)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
