Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
With 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (fresh graduates with strong sales skills may also apply)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions
Good organizational and time management skills
Willing to do fieldwork and client visits if required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be professional, confident, and persuasive
