Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, promotions, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on team player who is willing to assist with event setups, logistics, and operational tasks.
• Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Able to work extended hours, including weekends and nighttime events, when business needs require.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant event or marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Support event setup, ingress, egress, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and manage marketing materials, social media content, and promotional activities.
• Perform administrative and fieldwork tasks as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when required.
