Social Media & Channel Management

• Run Accounts: Manage social media platforms and track Facebook/Instagram ad performance via reports.
• Sync Channels: Update company info and offerings across the Website, Cloudbeds, and social media.
• Filter Inquiries: Answer incoming messages or route them to Sales and the Front Office.

Market Intelligence & PR

• Campaign Execution: Implement marketing strategies and activation plans.
• Manage KOLs: Handle Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand advocates for partnerships.
• Represent Brand: Act as the company representative at PR and activation events.
• Lead Tours: Conduct onsite property tours for prospective clients.
