Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and lead generation outreach efforts across WOGI brand marketing channels

• Coordinate with local teams to ensure cultural relevance and localised campaign creatives for markets developed and growth markets, tailoring messaging, visuals, and content for local impact, while staying consistent with global brand guidelines

• Execute assigned events including trade shows, conferences, WOGI-owned events, customer events across regional markets, from planning through post-event wrap-up

• Coordinate brand activation logistics (e.g. barter or doorgift sponsorships) for targeted events

• Support execution of WOGI-owned marketing initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, articles, social media campaigns, and other formats

• Organise and run internal meetings for country managers to share case uses, campaign learnings, and best practices across markets, and maintain record in internal knowledge base

• Organise and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, digital assets as well as shared used cases in internal knowledge base

• Handle vendor administration including sourcing and liaising with external vendors, agencies and suppliers

• Ensure vendors deliver on time and adhere to brand guidelines

• Monitor and report on campaign analytics, and support update of monthly reports covering GTM/marketing activity

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience, ideally with some exposure to marketing, events, or communications (through internships, projects, or coursework)
• Basic understanding of event management concepts
• Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Based in Singapore and able to work in-office
• Traveling within Asia may be required
• Comfortable executing against briefs
