Qualifications

• Flexible across various marketing and administrative functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva

• Tech-savvy with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Proficient in video creation and editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Proficient in SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, content structuring, basic analytics)
• Experience in digital marketing and paid ads (Meta Ads, boosting, basic campaign setup and monitoring) is a plus
• Professional attitude and positive demeanor
• Strong sense of initiative and accountability
• Team player who can coordinate with multiple departments

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Community Management
• Manage and schedule content across Meta Business Suite (FB/IG), YouTube, and Viber to maintain consistent brand presence.

E-commerce & Website Optimization (Shopee & Web)

• Oversee Shopee store operations, including order monitoring, stock coordination with the Sales team, and regular auditing of product listings.
• Execute SEO best practices for the company website and product pages through keyword research, meta-description updates, and internal linking.
• Regularly review digital platforms to ensure all product information, pricing, and visual assets are accurate and up-to-date.

Content Strategy & Market Research

• Develop weekly content calendars, including captions, visuals, and short-form video concepts (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, promotion strategies, and potential discount opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports and insights for marketing strategy meetings.

Marketing Support & Event Coordination

• Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events, gun shows, and seasonal campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral and coordinate with third-party suppliers for printing and creative requirements.
• Organize and maintain a centralized inventory of all digital marketing assets and documentation.
• Monitor and engage with community feedback, including Google Maps reviews and social media mentions, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Track daily engagement metrics and escalate sensitive online issues or negative feedback within a 12-hour window.
