Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will drive our marketing initiatives by developing compelling content, managing multichannel campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize brand visibility. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and target audiences
• Support content creation, including marketing copy, presentations, promotional materials, and basic graphics
• Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and mailing lists
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions)
• Support event planning and promotional activities, including trade shows or community events
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support the marketing department

Skills

• Proficiency in SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing tactics across digital platforms.
• Experience with advertising sales and managing social media advertising campaigns.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
• Expertise in content marketing, demand generation marketing, and implementing marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, web analytics reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage marketing projects effectively while coordinating with multiple teams.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot for customer engagement initiatives.
• Excellent content writing skills tailored for various audiences.
• Experience with Google AdWords (now Google Ads) for paid search campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including B2B (business-to-business) strategies.
• Capable of conducting research to identify market trends and opportunities.

Pay: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per year
