Carns Family of Dealerships is looking for a creative, motivated, and outgoing Marketing Specialist to help grow our dealerships and rental businesses. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating eye-catching content, developing new ideas, and seeing their work make an impact.

This is not just a social media posting position. You’ll help take marketing projects from idea to finished product—creating graphics and advertisements, photographing inventory, shooting and editing videos, managing social media, creating paid digital ads, updating website inventory, promoting events and rentals, and helping generate leads for our sales, service, parts, and rental departments.

You should be comfortable using Adobe creative software, creating professional graphics and banners from scratch, editing videos, taking quality photos, and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. You WILL also appear on camera for dealership videos and promotions.

Mountain Extreme Powersports: A Powersports business that operates year-round. We offer OEM brands such as, Can-Am Off-road, Can-Am On-road, Can-Am Skidoo, CF Moto Off-road, Bad Boy Mowers, Arctic Cat Snowmobiles, and Kayo. *More OEM brands are continuously being added.

Wolf Run Adventures: This is a Polaris Adventure Outfitter that started around the year of 2019. This business operates seasonally from Spring to Fall. We offer rentals of Polaris products only that include Polaris Slingshots and Polaris Side by Sides. This business depends on customer satisfaction and our goal as always, is to offer the best Polaris Adventure experience to all our Off or On road Enthusiasts.

This position also works directly with OEM/manufacturer promotions and co-op advertising, outside marketing vendors, events, U-Haul rentals, and seasonal Polaris Slingshot rentals.

This is a full-time, in-person position. One dealership will be your home base, with travel to our other dealership location(s) approximately 2–3 times per week year-round. Normal hours are generally 9 AM–5 PM, with flexibility required for events that may occur on evenings or weekends.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, artistic, organized, dependable, comfortable taking initiative, and excited about helping grow a business. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Previous marketing/content creation experience is required, and applicants should be prepared to provide examples or a portfolio of previous graphic design, social media, photography, or video work.

A Few Role and Responsibilities (not limited too):

· Exploring and Staying Up to Date on Powersports Industry and gathering new opportunities to grow/improve business.

· Designing and Creating Marketing Pieces such as Print Ads, Social Media Ads, Signage, Brochures, etc.

· Helping plan/manage community events.

· Continuously making updates to current website(s) – uploading videos, pictures, unit information, banner ads, etc.

· Ensuring Dealership(s) have a positive presence within the community by planning events, fundraisers, donations, etc.

· Managing Business Pages

· Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

· Handling both U-hual Rentals and Slingshot Rental customers during hours and after hours as needed.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM

Saturday (as needed): 9 AM to 3 PM

• This job requires an in-person role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per year
